Richelle Ricard

I have had a love affair with the human body for over 20 years, studying its inner design and function from different perspectives and therapeutic approaches. I began in sports medicine in 1994, working with athletes in the thick of the action. This position gave me a special perspective on movement, injury and the ability of the body to rebound...or not. Since 2000, I have worked as a clinical massage therapist, interacting directly with my clients' tissue and energy to help them facilitate their own healing from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions and postural distortions.
