“As a personal trainer for over 10 years, SAYF helped me to understand how to better modify exercises by understanding the effect of load and range of motion on tissues. SAYF, also, is the perfect option to incorporate yoga pose stretch and strength options into warm-up/cooldown for my clients in a way that is great for all bodies.”
