About
The SAYF Myofascial Integration Certification (MI Cert) is for massage therapists, physical therapists, trainers, coaches, advanced group movement teachers trained in biomechanics, and bodyworkers who want to expand their practice through evidence-informed, movement-based fascia work. Grounded in the same SAYF Myofascial Foundational modules as the Hatha Roll track, this program focuses on applying foam rolling, isometric release, and guided movement as body patterning interventions. Participants will gain the tools to support tissue recovery, enhance lymphatic flow, and facilitate long-term structural and nervous system balance in their clients. Prerequisite: This certification is designed for professionals who already hold foundational training and a current, valid credential in a movement, health, fitness, or bodywork field. Participants may include yoga teachers, physical therapists, Pilates instructors, group fitness instructors, health and wellness coaches, personal trainers, massage therapists, bodyworkers, physicians, nurses, chiropractors, athletic trainers, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, dance or movement educators, somatic practitioners, breathwork facilitators, and other licensed or certified health and wellness providers. This program is intended as continuing and supplemental education. It is designed to expand professional skill sets within an existing scope of practice rather than to replace primary training, grant licensure, or qualify participants to diagnose or provide medical treatment. You will be learning how to safely guide other humans with unique histories, bodies, nervous systems, and lived experiences.
