The SAYF Myofascial
Education Pathway

Two certifications. One integrated method.

Movement Changes When You Work With Fascia

Learn to release tension, restore fluid mobility, and repattern movement at its source.

The SAYF Myofascial Education Pathway blends fascia science, breath mechanics, and nervous-system awareness into a practical system for teaching movement and guiding therapeutic change.

Through two complementary certification programs, you will learn how to:

  • Release myofascial restrictions

  • Improve lymphatic circulation

  • Restore functional movement patterns

  • Support long-term nervous-system resilience

Designed for yoga teachers, therapists, movement professionals, and bodyworkers who want deeper tools and lasting results.

The SAYF Myofascial Education Pathway

Two certifications. One integrated method.

• Hatha Roll Certification — fascia-informed group classes
• Myofascial Integration Certification (MI Cert) — therapeutic one-to-one work

Both programs begin with SAYF Myofascial Foundations, a shared core curriculum that prepares you to work intelligently with fascia, breath, and the nervous system.

Together, these programs create a complete education in fascia-informed movement and care.

The Dual Certification Advantage

When practitioners complete both certifications, the SAYF method becomes more than a skill set — it becomes a complete professional ecosystem.

One pathway equips you to teach the work in group settings.
The other equips you to apply it with precision in one-to-one sessions.

Together they create a powerful progression:

Group Exposure → Individual Support → Long-Term Change

Clients often first encounter the work in a class setting.
Private sessions allow deeper observation and individualized programming.

Group classes then reinforce the work and support independence.

This model allows you to:

  • Expand your reach without losing depth

  • Support clients at multiple stages of their movement journey

  • Create continuity rather than fragmentation

  • Build a professional model that is both impactful and sustainable

You no longer have to choose between scale and specificity.

How the Training Pathway Works

SAYF Myofascial Education is designed as a progressive learning pathway.

Step 1: SAYF Myofascial Foundations

Build the scientific and experiential foundation for working with:

  • fascia and connective tissue health

  • lymphatic circulation

  • breath mechanics

  • nervous-system regulation

  • foam rolling science and application

Step 2: Continue into one or both certification tracks:

Hatha Roll Certification

Learn to integrate foam rolling into yoga and movement classes.

Myofascial Integration Certification (MI Cert)

Learn to apply myofascial techniques in private sessions and therapeutic settings.

Who This Training Is For?

These certifications are designed for professionals who already hold foundational training in movement or health, including:

  • yoga teachers

  • Pilates instructors

  • personal trainers

  • physical therapists and PT assistants

  • massage therapists and bodyworkers

  • group exercise instructors

  • movement educators and coaches

Participants should have a basic understanding of functional anatomy and movement mechanics.

These programs are continuing education designed to expand professional skills within an existing scope of practice.

What Makes This Training Different?

Many movement professionals have been taught pieces of this work.

Foam rolling techniques.

Mobility exercises.
Breathwork.
Fascial anatomy.

But these tools are often taught in isolation, without a clear framework for how they work together.

The SAYF Myofascial Education Pathway is different.

This training integrates fascia science, breath mechanics, nervous-system regulation, and intelligent movement sequencing into a cohesive system designed to support lasting structural and neuromuscular change.
